Our client is looking for an IT Project Manager to sit fully on site in Annapolis, Maryland. Working under the direction of the Department Manager, the Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure of projects ensuring it aligns with the clients strategy, commitments and objectives. Specific responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to the following:
Develop and execute project plans.
Assist in defining the scope, objectives, and deliverables of the project.
Identify necessary tasks and resources.
Assemble and coordinate the project team.
Distribute project resources appropriately.
Establish a project schedule and timeline.
Provide guidance and support to the team.
Conduct quality assurance checks.
Regularly report on the status of the project.
Deliver progress reports, issues, and solutions to stakeholders.
Implement and manage changes as needed to fulfill project deliverables.

- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Information systems or a related discipline desired.
- Managed 4-5 projects at a time
- Have worked alongside an IT Team of 4-5 or more
- Fluent/Familiar with Azure Dev Ops
