Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Senior Attorney (Transactional) for a confidential, nationally distributed beverage and CPG-focused legal client. This attorney will support a robust transactional practice handling the full lifecycle of commercial agreements that power beverage brands—from ingredient sourcing and manufacturing to distribution and licensing. The role offers meaningful autonomy, exposure to sophisticated deals, and the opportunity to mentor junior attorneys without the pressure of business development. With a fully remote structure, flexible hours, strong incentives, and a collaborative culture, this is an ideal opportunity for a transactional attorney looking for long-term growth in a niche, high-impact practice area.

Execute and Manage Transactional Tasks: Lead the day-to-day execution of transactions, including
conducting thorough due diligence, drafting and revising key documents such as distribution
agreements, merger agreements, financing terms, and disclosure schedules; negotiate deal points under
senior oversight; and coordinate with specialists on regulatory and compliance aspects in M&A, finance,
or private equity deals.
• Support Client Interactions and Advice: Assist in advising clients on transactional strategies, risks, and
business implications; prepare client updates, respond to inquiries, and contribute to maintaining
relationships with high-profile clients like those for which we serve as external general counsel within
our personalized service model.
• Supervise and Mentor Junior Staff: Oversee junior associates and paralegals on tasks like document
review, due diligence, and research; provide feedback, delegate responsibilities, and contribute to their
professional development while honing your own supervisory skills.
• Learn and Grow: Above all, take every opportunity to learn and grow with us as we teach you directly
and indirectly how to be a beverage lawyer.
• Meet Performance Expectations: Track and achieve billable targets through efficient task completion;
demonstrate growth via quality work, detail orientation, and feedback incorporation to build toward
advancement.

WHY JOIN US?
• Competitive salary built to meet or exceed local markets and tailored to your expertise.
• Incentive package built for flexibility and reward.
• Unlimited paid time off and holidays.
• A collaborative, values-driven environment where you can grow in the niche field of beverage law, with
the autonomy to craft a fulfilling career
