TSSCI SharePoint Developer

* Development and maintenance of SharePoint sites and related applications associated with intake/search requests.

* Work with EPA customers and users to remediate SharePoint requests.

* Review and analysis of any new requests for SharePoint services in order to provide scope and level of effort information to project managers.

* Provide expert level guidance to customer during all phases of projects related to SharePoint development and maintenance.

* Provide consistent, thorough documentation of SharePoint

* Provide weekly status reports to division leadership.

* Possesses knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in web software development

* Requires a proficiency in the use of one or more web technologies

* Active TSSCI Clearance

* Bachelor's degree + 4 years IT exp, Associates degree + 6 years IT exp, HS diploma + 8 years IT exp

* One of the following IAT Level 2: security+, CCNA security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP

* Microsoft SharePoint Certifications

* Experience with PowerAutomate/Flow, Forms, and PowerApps, SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and supporting SharePoint migrations to Microsoft Office 365

* Some previous experience with SharePoint on-premise 2013 and 2016, building out of the box SharePoint Solutions using development tools, including InfoPath, SharePoint Designer, Visual Studio, JavaScript, CSS, .NET, HTML

* Knowledge of NINTEX forms and JQuery

* Experience with C#/.NET SharePoint development

* Experience with SSOM, JSOM, CSOM, REST API, SPServices, Master Pages, Layouts, Visual Web Part, PowerShell, and SharePoint Framework (SPFx)

* Expertise in using the SharePoint client object model (CSOM) to query lists, manipulate list items, create on-demand reports and mashups of data, and deliver easy to comprehend content
