Insight Global is seeking a CNO Developer to sit on site at JBA in MD. This person is looking to be hired to design and develop advanced cyber capabilities within a secure, mission-driven environment. This role focuses on building and enhancing low-level software systems and tools that support complex operational needs.
You’ll work on a high-performing team responsible for delivering scalable, innovative solutions—from concept through deployment. The ideal candidate has strong systems programming experience, thrives in fast-paced environments, and can translate complex requirements into effective technical implementations.

Required Skills & Experience
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 7–10+ years of software development experience
- 5+ years of experience developing CNO or similar highly specialized cyber capabilities
- Strong proficiency in two or more programming languages (C, C++, Rust, Go, Java, etc.)
- Strong scripting experience (Python, Bash, or similar)
- Experience with Windows-based application development
- Experience with networking fundamentals, socket programming, and protocol analysis
- Experience working across multiple development and test environments
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
