An employer is looking for an Exercise and Readiness Analyst to sit at Joint Base Andrews. In this role, you will plan and execute readiness exercises to assess operational effectiveness, conduct inspections to ensure compliance with military standards, and analyze training programs to recommend improvements for combat preparedness. You will develop evaluation criteria for unit readiness and mission capability, prepare reports with actionable recommendations, and coordinate with leadership to implement corrective actions. Monitoring compliance with military preparedness regulations, utilizing automated tools to track readiness metrics, and training personnel on best practices are key responsibilities. You will also liaise with external agencies to align with broader military objectives and ensure exercise objectives meet unit strategic goals.
Compensation:
$50/hr to $58/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience
DOD Secret Clearance
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
8+ years of military experience
Expertise in training and evaluation within a military environment
Two years of experience in quality assurance and/or process improvement
Knowledge of readiness standards
Strong analytical skills for evaluating training programs, exercises, and inspections
Prior leadership experience in a military environment
