An employer is looking for a Desktop Administrator to sit at Joint Base Andrews. This candidate will oversee and manage the daily flow of support tickets within the Remedy system. This role is responsible for prioritizing and assigning incoming tickets, monitoring their progress, and ensuring timely resolution in alignment with established SLAs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Remedy, including how to interpret metrics, manage ticket statuses, and navigate pending states. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role involves regular coordination with technicians, supervisors, and customers to provide updates and ensure accountability. A background in desktop support is preferred, along with the ability to understand ticket lifecycles and resolution timelines. Success in this role requires impeccable customer service, attention to detail, proactiveness.
Compensation:
$30/hr to $32/hr.
