Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a TS/SCI Project Manager to sit onsite in Aberdeen, MD. They will be responsible for Lead and manage end-to-end execution of technical and security-focused projects (e.g., penetration testing, engineering initiatives) supporting national security missions
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineers, SMEs, and cybersecurity teams to drive project timelines, deliverables, and overall success
Implement and adapt Agile/Scrum methodologies while tracking progress through tools like MS Project, GitLab, or Planner
Develop and deliver project documentation including status reports, client briefings, risk assessments, and requirements tracking
Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across internal teams, leadership, and external government clients
Identify risks, resolve complex project issues, and drive continuous improvement across processes and project execution
$35hr to $60/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Required Skills & Experience
Active TS/SCI clearance OR Secret with ability to obtain TS/SCI
4–6 years of project management experience
PMP (or equivalent certification)
Experience managing technical, engineering, or cybersecurity projects
Government contracting experience + understanding of requirements management
Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
Proficiency with project tools (MS Project, GitLab, Planner, etc.)
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience creating project documentation (status reports, risk logs, briefings, etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
