Job Description

We are seeking a highly capable candidate to support program leadership in driving operational excellence, improving program processes, and ensuring successful execution across a complex technical program. This role serves as a key integrator supporting the Technical Program Manager by helping coordinate activities across teams, improving workflows, tracking customer requirements, and implementing tools and processes that enhance program visibility and performance.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and capable of navigating a fast-paced technical environment. This individual must be comfortable working with program leadership, technical teams, and government stakeholders while independently identifying opportunities to improve program execution and implementing solutions that drive measurable results.

Day to Day Includes:
•Support the Technical Program Manager by coordinating work across multiple teams, priorities, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
•Capture customer requirements/commitments, maintaining an action log, driving follow-ups, and closing items on schedule.
•Apply working knowledge of scope, schedule, risk, dependencies, and resource coordination to day-to-day activities to keep execution moving.
•Track record of improving workflows, standardizing processes, and reducing friction through practical continuous improvement.
•Build and maintain dashboards, trackers, and leadership-ready reporting that improves visibility and decision-making.
•Review deliverables for completeness, accuracy, and alignment to requirements before release to leadership or the customer.
•Possess strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to brief clearly, drive decisions, and gain buy-in for improvements with technical teams and government stakeholders.
•Successfully operate with ambiguity, prioritizing quickly, and moving work forward without waiting for perfect information.
•Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to represent the program credibly in front of senior leaders and customers.

Compensation:
$64/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Required Skills & Experience

•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related technical field
•Active TS/SCI
•Minimum 5 years of experience supporting program or operations management
•Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects and initiatives across multiple teams
•Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently develop practical solutions
•Ability to clearly convey complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences
•Proven ability to build working relationships across organizations and influence outcomes in collaborative environments
•Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

•Experience implementing process improvements, operational tools, or reporting systems within a program environment
•Familiarity with technical development environments involving engineering, fabrication, or electronics systems
•Ability to identify emerging technologies or tools that can improve program operations or execution
•Experience supporting large defense programs or PMO environments
