Insight Global is seeking a Data Analyst to review complex datasets, identify anomalies, gaps, potential risks and trends in support Department of Defense (DoD) contracts.
Key responsibilities include:
Independently review complex datasets and proactively identify anomalies, gaps, or unexpected trends without needing step-by-step instructions
Interpret data to uncover operational or financial insights and summarize key findings in clear, actionable language
Engage with stakeholders (e.g., finance, operations, contracts) to fill in contextual gaps and validate the data story
Distill raw data into meaningful narratives and recommendations that support decision-making
Anticipate data questions or business needs before they arise and prepare thoughtful analyses accordingly
Monitor data sources continuously to detect risks, performance shifts, or outliers early
Compensation: 45/hr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Experience supporting large-scale DoD programs ($50M+)
Working knowledge of financial systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Cognos)
Proficient in Microsoft Power BI and Power Apps tools
