Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Data Scientist to join an amazing Veterinary Diagnostics and Software company. This would be joining the Data & AI CoE within the R&D organization. This Machine Intelligence team is looking for an experienced Data Scientist specializing in computer vision. In this role, this individual will collaborate with engineering teams, clinical experts, and business stakeholders to deliver high performing computer vision algorithms for innovative veterinary diagnostic instruments. This will be working on a new Microscopy platform with an aggressive, collaborative timeline.

Pay Range is $45 - $55/hr.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2-3 years of Data Science experience

- Experience developing and deploying Computer Vision algorithms for veterinary diagnostic platforms

- Experience with Python development to write code, and integrate with other software

- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.

- Masters Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.

- Exceptional communication

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Quantization of models

- Experience using Databricks
