Insight Global is seeking a dedicated full time Medical Receptionist to join their hearing aid center client in Augusta, ME. The center provides the local community with affording hearing aid solutions conducting hearing testing, consultations, ear wax screenings, hearing aid sales and hearing aid cleanings. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, maintaining patient records, verifying patient's insurance, and billing. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a compassionate demeanor, and organized.

Required Skills & Experience

-At least 1 year of experience as an administrative assistant/ receptionist/office manager

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

-Experience using Sycle - audiology-specific practice management software
-Experience working in a hearing aid or medical environment
-Experience with billing & insurance tasks
