Insight Global is looking for a Construction Manager near Monroe Louisiana. This role will oversee large-scale distribution construction projects, managing both company and contractor resources to ensure safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution. This role involves directing daily operations of field teams, coordinating budgets and schedules, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and contractual obligations. This role plays a key role in contractor performance and safety oversight, all while maintaining high standards of customer service and operational reliability.

Required Skills & Experience
- 10+ years of experience in power generation
- Experience managing projects of minimum $700 million value
- Extensive experience in contract management with EPC/subcontractors, contractual compliance and negotiations, and managing change orders, requisitions, invoice processing, etc.
- Extensive experience developing and maintaining project execution plans (PEP) and preparing/presenting project status reports to stakeholders
- History of active safety involvement, participation, and strong desire for a safer workplace
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-PMP certified
- Advanced degree
