Insight Global is hiring for a Med Surg RN. This person will be responsible for facilitating and maintaing a safe environment for patients and others. Utilizing the nursing process to develop and deliver a plan of care for assigned patients. Performing the priority technical procedures required by the area, department, and/or assignment safely, effectively, efficiently, and legally. Establishing and/or revises priorities for patient care activities based on the following: acuity of the need, resource availability, customer/patient preference/request, and other departmental needs. Coordinating and delegating activities related to patient care management in an appropriate manner and supervises the activities of other unit personnel providing care to assigned patients.
