A client in New Orleans, LA is looking to bring on a Records Management Data Analyst to their team in Panama! This is a 6 month contract. The Records Management Data Analyst will assist the Records Management Lead in managing the organization's records program. This position entails ensuring records are properly maintained, retained, and disposed of in accordance with legal and regulatory standards. The Data Analyst will work with different departments to implement policies and procedures that improve the efficiency and security of the company's record-keeping systems. This person will maintain an up-to-date inventory of records and manage the records retention table. Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to ensure records management requirements are incorporated into new and existing systems. Understand data systems and technical process to support effective records management.

- 5+ years of experience in a Business Analyst or Data Analyst role
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Management, Library Science, Business Administration or related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Analytical, goal oriented, self driven personality
- Insurance, Finance or Banking knowledge/background
-Strong understanding of Records Management principles, including electronic records
