Insight Global is looking for an IT Project Management Director who has the ability to develop organization-wide best practices for project delivery and reporting. This individual will demonstrate a working knowledge of overseeing the execution of projects and monitoring progress against a project plan/timeline. This individual must have the ability to adapt and be flexible in a dynamic work environment. Excellent organizational skills, time management skills, problem solving skills, and strategic thinking skills are a must.
-Bachelor's Degree in Business or Management, Computer Science, or related field
-5+ years' senior-level project management experience, including strategic planning experience
-Experience with Jira, Rally, or similar project tools
-Demonstrated knowledge on project management best practices, principles, environments, and tools
-Excellent interpersonal skills: ability to effectively build, manage, and maintain excellent working relationships with both internal and external business partners
