The ideal candidate for this role will have come from an engineering background in PVD, Vacuum or Deposition processes and have managed a team in one of those disciplines. The goal of this role is to start-up semiconductor production in Louisiana, make continuous improvements to plant processes to improve efficiencies, yield, throughout and cost containment and analysis processes to remove barriers for their respective teams to be successful.

This role will require about 10% travel. We can offer a salary between $150k to $200k, relocation assistance and annual performance bonuses between 20% to 30%. Exact compensation may differ based on experience and education.
