Job Description

We’re seeking a seasoned Executive Chef with a proven track record of overseeing multiple culinary outlets and inspiring high-performing teams. This hands-on leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about mentoring and developing kitchen talent. The Executive Chef will be responsible for the full scope of kitchen operations, driving guest satisfaction, and ensuring consistent compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage all kitchen operations across multiple outlets, ensuring alignment with company goals, health codes, and regulatory requirements
• Directly supervise Sous Chefs and Assistant Chefs
• Maintain optimal staffing levels based on business needs and departmental objectives
• Collaborate with the Food & Beverage Director on budgeting, menu development, recipe creation, and cost control strategies
• Oversee procurement and purchasing processes, ensuring compliance with corporate vendor guidelines
• Monitor and manage cost of goods sold (COGS) to maintain profitability
• Champion a guest-first mindset, ensuring exceptional service and culinary experiences
Perform additional duties as needed to support the success of the culinary team

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of Executive Chef experience in multi-outlet environments (casino, hotel, or resort preferred)
• Strong background in catering operations within hospitality settings
• Proven leadership in mentoring and developing sous chefs and kitchen staff - this role is 80% focused on leadership and team growth
• Proven ability to manage labor and food costs effectively
• Hands-on, collaborative approach with the ability to lead under pressure and adapt to demanding schedules
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; values input and fosters a supportive team culture
