Position Overview
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Quality Control Manager (QCM) and Site Safety & Health Officer (SSHO) to support a federal/military construction project. This dual-role position ensures compliance with safety and quality standards, manages documentation, and coordinates with government inspectors to maintain project integrity.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Develop and implement Safety Plans and Accident Prevention Programs per EM 385-1-1.
• Prepare and maintain Quality Control Plans in compliance with USACE/NAVFAC standards.
• Conduct daily site inspections and submit reports using RMS/QCS systems.
• Lead safety meetings and enforce OSHA standards on-site.
• Communicate effectively with government inspectors and project stakeholders.
• Ensure timely completion of deliverables such as safety plans and QC reports.

Required Skills & Experience
Must-Haves
• EM 385-1-1 and USACE CQCM Certification
• OSHA 30
• First Aid/CPR
• Minimum 2 years in construction safety and quality control.
• Federal/military project experience required.
• Familiarity with IDIQ/MATOC/SATOC contracts.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
Nice-to-Haves
• NAVFAC or DoD experience.
• Active Secret clearance (or eligibility).
• Knowledge of PPE and site-specific safety protocols.
• Travel flexibility and ability to meet badging requirements.
