Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a VP of Business Development for a remote direct placement opportunity. In this role, their main responsibility is to identify new business opportunities and work closely with state government agencies and stakeholders to pinpoint pain points or objectives and provide healthcare solutions in order to win RFP's (request for proposals). They will also be working with multiple internal teams to help create, draft, and execute these RFP's to drive business and win these contracts. They will have a set number of strategic states to focus on, some travel will be required for optimal partnership between them and agencies. The ideal person will enjoy operating in a high visibility position, individually finding and providing solutions to complex governmental needs.

Required Skills & Experience

Directorial or VP level experience within Business Development/Sales
Experience identifying and working on RFP's with state governments
Background with Behavioral and Mental Health
Experience with cradle to grave projects from finding new opportunities all the way to winning the RFP (request for proposal)
Great communication skills as they will be interacting with government agencies, lobbyists, stakeholders', and decision-makers
Bachelor's Degree in Business Admin or Healthcare Management
Knowledge of state to state government policies and entities

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Master's in Business Administration
Experience with Medicare/Medicaid
