A large-scale healthcare insurance company is seeking a Senior SDET to join their AI center of excellence team. As a Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you will drive the design and implementation of robust automated testing frameworks and quality enablement strategies across agile delivery teams. Youll execute on efforts to develop and integrate advanced testing toolsincluding AI-driven solutionsensuring software products meet the highest standards of performance, security, and compliance. This role is focused on hands-on technical work. Youll collaborate cross-functionally to enhance CI/CD pipelines, manage test data, and ensure comprehensive test coverage across APIs, UIs, and performance layers, while continuously improving processes through metrics, innovation, and automation. This team is looking for a strong SDET to bring experience to execute on initiatives and further the enterprise AI journey.

3+ years designing, developing, and testing software applications and infrastructure
Python experience - scripting and automation
Experience with ADO, JIRA, or other test management tools
Experience with automated testing frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, and Cypress.
Experience with Test data management tools: Test data factor, data generator, or test data builder
API Testing tool experience: Postman, SoapUI, REST Assured
Performance testing tool experience: OWASP ZAP, Burp Suire, or Nessus
Master's Degree (Computer Science, Mathemetics, Statistics, or a related field)
Prior Lead experience
Passion for GenAI
