Job Description
Insight Global is currently seeking a seasoned professional with over five years of hands-on experience working with Balto AI in a contact center environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in training data models, conducting performance-driven data analysis, and configuring Balto’s AI systems to optimize agent guidance and compliance. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is required. Candidates with knowledge of Medicare-related regulatory requirements and insurance brokerage compliance will be strongly preferred. Additional experience in AI-driven data modeling and productivity analysis is a plus, as is professional familiarity with Salesforce CRM in a call center setting, including omni-channel support and real-time agent assistance.
