A client is looking for a Junior Developer to join their team that can work remotely on EST or CST time zones. On a daily basis, this developer will participate in stand ups to discuss objectives and work with the Business Analyst and other team members to transcribe and develop user stories into JSON files/code. The data this developer will be transcribing pertain to the company's food menu items and they will assist in creating the files and then inputting them into the website and other aggregator sites. An ideal candidate will have a good understanding of web development and be comfortable developing in JSON, XML, JavaScript, HTML or Python to assist with the data transfer efforts within the company's website. This client is open to junior candidates who have a strong desire to get into development and have either schooling or internship experience. Strong communication and teamwork experience is needed to be successful in this role!

- Experience working with JSON (JavaScript Object Notation) or XML (Extensible Markup Language)
- Knowledge of basic database structures within SQL
- Great communication skills and ability to work within a team.
- Experience working with JIRA or any other ticketing system
- Experience developing with JavaScript, HTML or Python
- Experience working within the restaurant industry
