Day to Day:
The role involves supervising, directing, and evaluating assigned staff, addressing employee concerns and problems, directing work, providing counseling, disciplining, and completing employee performance appraisals. It includes coordinating, assigning, and reviewing work, establishing get exwork schedules, maintaining standards, monitoring work progress, inspecting completed assignments, answering questions, and offering advice and direction as needed. The role also entails planning, developing, evaluating, and implementing programs, policies, and procedures, as well as reviewing and approving implementation plans and schedules for training, new applications, upgrades, system modifications, conversions, and major projects. Furthermore, the role oversees strategic development, vendor management, process and service improvement, asset management, budget, and technical solution development for assigned areas. It involves assessing technology operational and application needs and issues, providing consultation and advice, and developing and implementing solutions. Minimum rate starts at 22/hr.
