Insight Global is seeking an Incident Analyst for a company's Networks Operations Center. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire remote position. This person's responsibilities include monitoring the health and safety of this company's applications and network. They will be maintaining NOC documentation and standard operating procedures as well as analyzing incident data to identify trends and root causes. They will be working cross functionally with other teams to facilitate communication and drive incident and problem resolution.

1-3 working within a Network Operations Center or as a NOC Analyst
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills to effectively translate and communicate complex technical information and risk to all levels of internal and external organizations.
Experience working within AWS, Linux, and basic networking
Network A+, A+, AWS Cloud Practitioner, CompTIA Security+, or ITIL
