Job Description

A Fire Service Technician for this position is primarily responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of fire protection systems to ensure compliance manufactures recommendation and industry standards and regulations. This role involves diagnosing and resolving issues with fire alarms systems and systems connected to the fire alarm systems such as sprinklers, suppression systems, and related equipment. The technician works closely with customers to ensure systems are functioning properly and provides recommendations for repairs or improvements. Periodic inspections following repairs or assisting with Inspector with larger inspections may be needed from time to time.

Required Skills & Experience

2+ years of experience in low voltage electrical systems (fire/life safety systems, access control, etc.)
Experience reading and interpreting blueprints, submittals, and operational/product manuals
High level of Customer Service and Professionalism

NICET Certification
Simplex System Experience
