Job Description
The Accela Developer will work directly with the business and other developers to communicate and identify information systems architecture, development processes, and methodology for new enhancements and developments. The Developer will lead system design activities or reviews system designs to ensure that applications’ solutions will exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment. They will also be responsible for leading technology and product general assessments, detailed evaluations, and final selections. This role will include both configuring and development work to customize Accela software to meet business needs which will require functioning as a business analyst to understand what is needed to be developed

The Developer will lead system design activities or reviews system designs to ensure that applications’ solutions will exhibit high levels of performance, security, scalability, maintainability, appropriate reusability, and reliability upon deployment. They will also be responsible for leading technology and product general assessments, detailed evaluations, and final selections. This role will include both configuring and development work to customize Accela software to meet business needs which will require functioning as a business analyst to understand what is needed to be developed. This role will be expected to work onsite as needed but would be primarily remote with a compensation range of $40-50/hour based on experience with possible flexibility for the right candidate.
