Job Description
Insight Global is hiring a Healthcare Enrollment Specialist to support a large, enterprise‑level healthcare services organization. This role sits within a corporate legal/compliance function and supports licensing and provider enrollment efforts across multiple lines of business nationwide. The specialist will prepare and submit Medicare and Medicaid enrollment and re‑enrollment applications, manage ongoing license renewals, and maintain accurate records within a centralized licensing database. They will regularly follow up with state licensing agencies, Medicare, and Medicaid offices to track application status, resolve issues, and prevent gaps that could delay or block reimbursement. This role partners closely with internal teams including operations, revenue cycle, and claims to troubleshoot enrollment‑related payment issues and ensure providers and entities are properly licensed to operate and bill. Training is hands‑on and in person, with shadowing during onboarding to learn systems, workflows, and organizational structure. The position is primarily onsite to support collaboration and learning, with hybrid flexibility once fully ramped.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in any field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines
• Comfort working in Excel and database‑driven systems to track high‑volume workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal coordination and external follow‑ups
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Healthcare industry exposure (managed care, Medicare, Medicaid, revenue cycle, or operations)
• Experience with licensing, credentialing, or provider enrollment processes
- Familiarity with workflow tracking systems or compliance‑driven environments
