Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to support financial reporting and analysis across the organization. This role requires strong accounting expertise, business acumen, and a collaborative mindset to drive operational excellence. Key responsibilities include leading the monthly close and reporting process to ensure deadlines are met, preparing journal entries and account reconciliations, and analyzing financial data to assist in the preparation of balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other reports. Success in this role also depends on strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Accounting
Must have strong Excel skills and be proficient in Word and Outlook
Minimum 4 years of related experience and/or training
Experience in business analysis and process improvement
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and deliver results

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience mentoring or overseeing junior accountants or interns
Familiarity with internal and external audit processes
Background in financial planning and analysis
CPA and/or MBA preferred
