Insight Global is seeking an Indirect Category Sourcing Manager to develop and execute global logistics sourcing strategies, optimizing cost, quality, and efficiency. This role involves managing suppliers, negotiating contracts, ensuring compliance, and fostering long-term partnerships. The manager will collaborate with internal teams to align strategies with business goals, engage in strategic sourcing initiatives, analyze market trends for cost-saving opportunities, manage budgets and KPIs, and resolve logistics disruptions. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or equivalent work experience, with significant indirect sourcing experience in purchasing services. They should have people management experience, leading a team of 3-5, and be skilled in stakeholder and vendor management. Proven ability to enhance indirect sourcing strategies and experience in logistics strategy, including warehouse management, ocean freight, and parcel, are essential.
