Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a CPFR Analyst—the ideal individual for this role is someone who’s passionate about supply chain planning and comfortable working with data to uncover trends and drive smart decisions. This person will lead collaborative demand planning and inventory replenishment efforts with strategic retail partners. They’ll manage SKU-level inventory using tools like Arkieva, Excel, Power BI, Oracle, and A/X to help meet customer in-stock goals, inventory targets, and sales objectives. On a daily basis, the analyst will generate customer-level forecasts (weekly and monthly), analyze historical data and market trends, and coordinate new product introductions. They’ll monitor retailer inventory levels against POS data to identify demand risks and develop reports that track forecast accuracy. The ideal individual will be skilled at gathering information from customers and suppliers, feeding that into forecasting models, and clearly communicating insights to both internal teams (sales, merchandising, planning) and external partners. This person should be able to break down complex data, summarize it effectively, and “sell the trends” to help drive continuous improvement in supply chain performance.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Category Management, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3–5 years of experience in Planning or Supply Chain roles
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formula creation
• Experience with planning software such as SAP, Arkieva, Oracle, or Logility
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience in consumer products or manufacturing support
• Power BI proficiency
• APICS, IBF, or equivalent certification
• Experience with S&OP or IBP process improvement
