Job Description
A client is looking for a Construction for a long-term contract that is going to sit onsite at a new construction location in Harrodsburg, KY. This employee will be responsible for assisting with managing the construction crew in the field to ensure compliance is maintained onsite. Their daily responsibilities include joining morning meetings to discuss project status and scope of work then will ensure the crew is fully briefed on the work. From that point they will identify the correct drawing to match the tasks which is why it is important this individual be able to read construction drawings. Throughout the day they will need to monitor the crew and ensure compliance is adhering to OSHA standards. At the end of their shift they will document all of their observations in a proprietary Sharepoint system called Vipper. Lastly, this employee will work mostly days shift but may work occasional nights. The client is looking for a good team member and someone who is very passionate about their work!

Required Skills & Experience
• Electrical background - knowledge of high and low voltage systems, conductors, transformers
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Understanding of construction methodology
o Understands rebar thickness in construction – foreman or superintendent – sequencing of events to ensure construction is proper
• Strong project/communication coordination skills
o Able to act as the liasion between construction crews
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Foreman or Superintendent experience
• CWI – Certified Welding Inspector
• QAQC – Quality assurance, quality control experience
• Spanish speaking skills – able to communicate with teams
