Job Description
Review and interpret lift drawings, formwork drawings, and panel arrangement layouts for DOKA and Aluma systems.
Create detailed drawings for each placement, including embedded metals and formwork system elements.
Ensure formwork drawings include all necessary details such as plywood sheets, reinforcing ribs, and assembly components.
Assemble formwork panels and construct perimeter shapes/forms according to design specifications.
Coordinate and arrange panel systems for optimal structural integrity and efficiency.
Work with climbing formwork systems; prior experience with climbing formwork is highly preferred.
Understand and apply project specifications and construction standards.
Conduct on-site inspections to verify formwork installations conform to land conditions and project specs.
Utilize Bluebeam to view, edit, and annotate PDF construction documents.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5 to 15 years of experience in quality control as a technician or inspector
- Hands-on experience with system formwork, including DOKA, Aluma, or PERI systems, particularly in mass concrete and heavy civil applications
- Experience with mass concrete placements, walls, or concrete structural elements
- May include vertical construction such as high-rises using system formwork
- Ability to read and interpret shop and formwork drawings
- Skilled in verifying that formwork installations align with drawings and specifications
- Solid understanding in quality control procedures and standards
