Job Description
We are currently seeking a Digital Transformation Analyst for an onsite position in central Kentucky. This Analyst will be tied to the business operations to identify process improvement at the individual team member level and for the overall group. In this role, this individual will be expected to split their time 50/50 between sitting with staff members to understand workflow and recommend process improvements utilizing automation and tools available with the other half of the time working on more project-based tasks. These projects can vary dependent on where this individual is able to identify areas of improvement and how the organization can leverage evolving technology such as AI to improve productivity. This role will be tied to business operations and not IT, so it is important to note that this individual will not have IT administrative rights but will advocate for the business on improvement needs if IT is needing to be incorporated. This is a full time, direct hire opportunity with a salary of $80k.

2+ years of professional experience
Proficient with Excel (Macros, Visual Basic, Power Query)
Understanding of PowerApps offerings
Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
Bachelors Degree
IT background
Supply chain experience
Experience working with a Japanese based company
