Job Description

We are currently seeking a Account Rep to support the material needs of several existing manufacturing clients. The specialist will communicate directly with customers via phone and email to understand and manage material forecasting needs, quote additional requests, and ensure timely delivery of products. They will also triage client needs to the appropriate internal teams, maintaining a high level of service and professionalism throughout.
This is a support-focused position rather than a sales role, emphasizing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The Account Rep will represent the company to clients in the automotive supply chain sector, so strong communication skills and a commitment to excellent customer service are essential. The ideal candidate is passionate about supply chain operations, self-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. They should also possess strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
This position is onsite in Georgetown, Kentucky, with a compensation range of $22–$25 per hour.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree OR 5+ years of experience in a supply chain, material management, or management of customer accounts
Experience supporting B2B external clients (preferably in the manufacturing, warehousing, or production space)
Strong computer skills – comfortable with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, comfortable with large data sets, etc.)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Knowledge of flat roll metals (steel/aluminum)
Experience working with corporate computer software
Experience supporting Toyota or Toyota suppliers
