Job Description

Insight Global is seeking a Head Teaching Consultant based in Kentucky. This is a remote, year-round position open to candidates located anywhere within the state. The role involves regular travel to various school districts and metro areas across Kentucky, along with occasional attendance at regional and potentially national conferences.

This position combines educational project management, people development, learning material creation, and sales and marketing efforts to support the continued growth of our client’s rapidly expanding program. Throughout the school year, the focus will be on curriculum coaching and delivery, with responsibilities that may include overseeing up to 83 educational consultants working in classrooms to improve district and school practices through performance feedback. During school breaks, the emphasis will shift toward sales and marketing initiatives and the development of learning materials.
This role will be a combination educational project management, people development, learning material development, and sales/marketing in efforts to continue to expand our client's rapidly growing program.

This is a year round position performing curriculum and curriculum delivery coaching. You may be responsible for several other educational consultants, potentially up to as many as 83 at once who are in classrooms daily improving upon district and school practice via performance feedback. This would fall under Project Management responsibilities throughout the school year while sales/marketing and learning material development will be a primary focus while school is not in session.

Required Skills & Experience

5+ years of teaching experience in classroom environment

10+ years of overall experience in the education system

Bachelors Degree in Education

Proficient with MS Office

High attention to detail and ability to plan effectively

Self-motivated with ability to manage days with minimal supervision

Sales-oriented driven by a passion for bettering their state's education system as a whole

Well connected within the teaching community, teaching leadership, mentoring, or coaching preferred

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Prior leadership experience

MS Degree in education or related field
