Job Description

A fortune 100 organization is seeking a Senior Scrum Master for a long term remote contract with the possibility to be hired full time. We are seeking a servant-leader and experienced team coach to serve as a Scrum Master/Team Coach for multiple Agile teams operating within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). This role is essential in enabling high-performing teams, fostering continuous improvement, and aligning delivery with business goals. You will help teams build technical products more effectively by applying Lean-Agile principles at scale.

Required Skills & Experience

Certified Scrum Master with 5+ years of experience
Strong coaching skills and experience coaching at the team level including excellent facilitation and interpersonal skills
SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) or other SAFe certifications and SAFe specific experience
Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
Background in software development, systems engineering, or product delivery
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with DevOps practices and Agile metrics

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Local to Cincinnati Ohio and willing to work onsite 4x a week
