Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a candidate for a Scrum Master, long term contract to hire role. This candidate will be responsible for working on a team that is standing up and executing on Agile Methodologies utilizing the SAFe framework. This candidate will be responsible for working with various teams as they teach the team SAFe and then coach the team on a consistent base. The ideal candidate would have experience with enterprise level coaching, and be able to work in the messy middle of the transformation of this team and process. This role is essential in enabling high-performing teams, fostering continuous improvement, and aligning delivery with business goals. You will help teams build technical products more effectively by applying Lean-Agile principles at scale.

Required Skills & Experience
At least 5-7 years of experience as a Scrum Master utilizing Agile Methodologies
2+ years of experience coaching SAFe methodology and best practices to develop high performing, self sustaining teams
Expertise in creating and delivering workshops on agile practices
Ability to build relationships and influence change across teams and departments
Experience with agile project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
Skill in building partnerships and getting the business bought in on Agile methodology
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
SAFe Certification
