A premier manufacturing organization in the KY area is looking to hire a Human Resources Manager. The key focus of this individual will be strategic HR Leadership. That includes but is not limited to the following: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy, Drive the organizational capability by applying organizational design and change management skills, Build a world class manufacturing team to help drive innovation and deliver success by developing talent pipelines throughout the community, Partner with Manufacturing Leadership to deliver innovative people experience, Design HR processes and procedures to enable a competitive business framework and positive employee experiences. In addition, there will be direct oversight of recruitment efforts. This includes onboarding, training and development programs given to the workforce. Other facets of the job would include Employee Relations, Compliance, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, HR Policies and Procedures, Workplace Safety, Learning and Development, and Data Management of HR records / confidentiality of employee information. This is an exciting opportunity that undoubtedly requires industry experience / expertise to be successful in the role. The organization has a close-knit culture and is eager to develop / grow. Identifying the right individual for this role is business critical as they will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture, enhancing employee engagement, and driving organizational success. This will target a salary between $150,000-$180,000.

Bachelor's in related field: Human Resources, Business, Management, etc.
9+ years of HR Leadership experience (Manager, Director, VP or Exec)
Broad-base knowledge and experiences across all aspects of Human Resources including compensation planning, recruitment and selection, performance management, employee coaching/counseling, employee engagement, learning and development, organization development, labor relations and workforce planning.
o Experience providing HR support to both a salaried and hourly workforce
Manufacturing Industry experience
Experience working with Union:
o Labor Negotiations
o Union Practices
Experience delivering significant HR process improvements and/or change management efforts, preferably as a Project Manager/Lead
Proven self-starter with the ability to multitask in a fluid, dynamic environment, including ability to manage time and large-scale workforce resources
