Job Description
Responsibilities:
***there are 12 people on the Safety Team so you'd be interacting with everyone frequently
***needs to work well in fast-paced environment
***Day to day assisting for adhoc requirements ranging from pulling data, creating reports in excel, making PowerPoints, sharing information with high-level execs, scheduling travel, helping to plan events, making sure labels are on shipments being sent out for events, creating PO's, working with confidential employee information, etc.
Working with central safety team and field safety managers on various business critical tasks.
• Weekly/daily iCARE case entry reviews: updating, quality checking of lost time dates/ERTW dates entries for Global/Region/US stats used (20 approx. per week)
• OSHA log entries reviewing, updating for US regulatory compliance
• Work hours/OT hours uploads, editing for location level regulatory logs .
• Working with Field Safety on case updates for discrepancies on above three bullets
• Conduct routine Leading Indicator Quality audits for proper data fields, providing feedback to field managers
• System super user work for action plans, person responsible changes – including tickets for new users or edit access requests
• Daily/Weekly Samsara System assignments of coaches and drivers to unknown segments (2 approx. hours per day)
• Video coach assignments by locations, research with safety any anomalies while on route
• HOS clean up and review of mis-entries by drivers or mgmt.; regulatory compliance clean up and maintain daily – TBD based on skill
• Various new reports for unassigned drivers, workflows and other tasks as part of a maintain plan of system
• Weekly/Monthly PPT update, clean up and creation. Start working a vast majority of resources to update and currently made on monthly basis (15 approx. hours a month)
• Communications brand initiative for 2026
• History Review requests from HR Compliance: run and report back the DOT reportable accidents, and history of vehicle types driven over last three years.
• Various tasks with new JJ Keller initiative and with a side project of online training testing initiative
• Rodeo Support: mass shipping of promo, sign up and award winning during the 12-week period
• Ordering, packaging of final event items
• Various tasks with the project board items during the planning and design up to rodeo itself in Miami
Pay ranging anywhere from $27-31/hr based on location & experience

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of Admin Support experience
• Detail oriented with data and routine auditing tasks
• Assisting in Event Planning, calendar scheduling, creating purchase orders, etc.
• Experience working in different Online Systems - Microsoft Suite
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel
• MS PowerPoint & creativity skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Bilingual (Spanish/English)
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business
