Insight global is looking for a candidate to provide strong hands on experience with Kronos Workforce Central version 8.1. The candidate should have senior level experience with configuration, troubleshooting and enhancing Kronos Workforce Central. You will be working on a variety of enhancements, troubleshooting existing set ups and configurations and provide consulting on current system construction. This candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining the accrual policies and configuration in Kronos, overseeing attendance and timekeeping functions and developing and managing attestation workflows to ensure compliance. This consultant will be responsible for translating business needs from stakeholders and HR managers into system configurations while ensuring proper unit testing. Overall, the consultant will provide a strong understanding of timekeeping, attendance, compliance and workforce management processes with an emphasis on delivering high-quality solutions to meet organizational needs. This role is a contract through the end of the year with potential extensions.

Knowledge of Kronos Time clock and biometric device
