Job Description

Insight Global is looking to hire an IT Product Analyst to join the team with a customer of ours in Wichita, KS. In this role, you will provide crucial support to custom applications and help proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, and also act as the escalation point to other analysts in the team to troubleshoot complex issues or brainstorming ideas to resolve complex issues. You will be connected to the expected SLAs, responding and resolving issues in a timely manner, working with IT teams to ensure that the monitoring and alerts are in place to help detect things that can impact business SLAs. This is a 6 month contract to hire, and will be local to Wichita, KS.

Required Skills & Experience

Experience supporting critical or custom applications
Reading and writing SQL queries
Experience troubleshooting applications with complex integrations (APIs)
Experience in a customer facing role, ability to articulate IT issues and the impact to external members
Experience with AWS technologies (Lambda, S3, Cloudwatch, etc)

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Experience with scheduling and monitoring tools (Splunk, Automic, LogicMonitor, etc) - knowledge of alerting practices
Familiarity with data integration tools (Denodo, Alteryx, Matillion)
