Job Description
As a Data Governance Program Manager for Insight Global, you will coordinate and document the enterprise data governance program, ensuring initiatives are clearly defined, tracked, and executed. On a day‑to‑day basis, the role manages various workstreams and vendor engagements that support enterprise data governance efforts and policy rollouts. The Program Manager develops and maintains standardized project plans, risk logs, and deliverable trackers to provide consistent visibility across all data office initiatives. This role establishes and refines repeatable processes and templates that promote consistency, efficiency, and continuity across projects. The Program Manager serves as a central point of coordination to keep activities aligned with governance objectives and timelines. Ongoing stakeholder communication and change management are key responsibilities, ensuring business unit participants remain informed, engaged, and aligned throughout implementation and training sessions/work groups. By handling operational and coordination functions, the Program Manager enables smoother execution of complex, multi‑agency initiatives. This support allows the Chief Data Officer and team to focus on strategic priorities, executive engagement, and legislative efforts that advance data governance. Your day to day will be 60% meeting with stakeholders and 40% administrative/planning tasks.

Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of operations, project management, or analytics experience within data governance and/or management with a functional understanding of data governance terminology, frameworks, and processes
Strong ability to build relationships and drive conversations with leadership/stakeholders
Strong soft skills including a go getter mentality, engaging presence, natural curiosity and interest in data governance, and organizational skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
PMP or data governance/management certifications
Exposure to Jira
Experience with large data governance projects
