Job Description
• Manage relationships with clients, internal team, trade partners and inspectors
• Develop detailed project logistics plan
• Direct responsibility for developing and managing project specific safety plan
• Develop project flow
• Develop and maintain project schedules
• Conduct subcontract meetings to discuss job progress, quality and safety
• Coordinate material deliveries
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and local building codes
• Maintain project documentation
• Enforce quality control plan
• Manage self-perform labor
• Have foresight to predict problems before they develop

Required Skills & Experience
3+ years of experience in general construction as a superintendent
Wood frame buildings, multifamily, commercial, K-12, churches, historic building remodels. Etc.
MS project - building, maintaining, updating schedules within this system
Proficient with MS Excel
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
BS in construction or related field
Experience with Procore
OSHA 10
