Job Description

This individual will lead a team of adjusters and supervisors to ensure high-quality, compliant claims handling while driving operational efficiency. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with deep workers’ compensation expertise, capable of overseeing complex claims, managing vendor and legal relationships, and implementing strategic improvements. This role requires a balance of technical knowledge, leadership, and business acumen to support both claims excellence and broader organizational goals

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of progressive management experience
6 years of Worker's Compensation Claims Adjusting Experience

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

SIP Certification (If required by state)
Experience with budgeting and profit/loss management
Experience working with vendor and attorney panels
Experience supporting underwriting and sales initiatives
