Job Description

Lead accounting and financial operations for a growing digital infrastructure platform, overseeing accounting, treasury, budgeting, lender reporting, and cash management. Partner with executives, project teams, auditors, and lenders to ensure accurate financial reporting, loan draw administration, covenant compliance, forecasting, and strong financial controls.

Accounting & Financial Close
-Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close across multiple entities.
-Oversee financial reporting, audits, tax filings, and GAAP compliance.

Cash Management & Treasury
-Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and treasury operations.
-Monitor liquidity, forecasts, and internal financial controls.

Lender Reporting & Compliance
-Administer construction loan draws and lender reporting.
-Ensure covenant compliance and timely delivery of financial documentation.

Budgeting & Forecasting
-Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning.
-Partner with project teams on cost tracking and financial analysis.

Invoice & Cost Management
-Oversee invoice approvals, payments, and vendor controls.
-Track project budgets, change orders, and spending variances

Required Skills & Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
-10+ years of progressive accounting and financial operations experience, including prior experience in an Assistant Controller or Controller role at an institutional infrastructure, real estate, or high-growth platform.
-Strong working knowledge of US GAAP, multi-entity accounting, and real estate or project-level financial reporting.
-Direct experience managing construction loan draws, lender reporting, and covenant compliance under institutional credit facilities.
-Experience coordinating with Big 4 or national audit firms.
-Preferred CPA certification (active or inactive)
-Preferred experience in digital infrastructure, hyperscale data centers or mission-critical real estate.
