Job Description

The Digital Orders Management group consisting of Consumer Billing and Provisioning on Demand teams is in need of a TPM to support current initiatives and upcoming scope.

Project Ownership: Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for complex solutions, including planning, execution, and delivery. Ability to understand technical elements of API development and orchestration on Kubernetes.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business, internal/external stakeholders, and leadership to understand project requirements and objectives.
Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify project risks, opportunities, and root causes of issues.
Testing & Experimentation: Implement hypothesis-driven testing (e.g., A/B testing) to validate project assumptions.
Financial Analysis: Conduct cost-benefit, ROI, and NPV analysis to support project decisions.
Funding & Trend Analysis: Secure project funding and anticipate industry trends.
Communication: Present project updates to Director level and below.
Feature & Technical Improvements: Recommend project features and technical enhancements.
Partnerships: Assess external partnerships and licensing opportunities.
Customer Insights & Advocacy: Leverage customer insights and advocate for a customer-first approach.
Agile Collaboration: Collaborate with Agile teams and manage project backlog.
Release Schedule & Story Elaboration: Communicate release schedules and maintain story elaboration.
Dashboards & Reports: Track project health and success metrics.
Beta Programs & Promotion: Run beta programs and collaborate on project promotion.
Support & Execution: Assist with the software development process and communicate technical challenges.
Project Quality & Training: Ensure project quality and develop training materials.
Issue Resolution & Agile Practices: Identify and resolve project issues, support Agile practices.
Collaboration & Professional Development: Develop positive relationships with teams and maintain professional knowledge.

Compensation:
$54/hr to $72/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of
employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in
the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this
role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the

Required Skills & Experience

Experience:
o 6+ years in a technical role (solution engineering, technical architecture, etc.)
o 7+ years in Project Management in an agile environment
Skills:
o Strong requirements elicitation and writing skills
o Experience with Agile tools and developing user stories
o Proven ability to deliver large, complex initiatives
o Effective communication with leadership
o Deep understanding of platform technologies
o Fluent with SQL, Tableau, and analytical solutions
o Knowledge of integration patterns, APIs, Kubernetes, and protocols (REST, EDI, SOAP)
o Extensive knowledge of DevOps (CI/CT/CD) in an Agile environment
o Strong analytical skills
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Education: Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or equivalent experience
Certifications: Scrum Product Owner Certification (CSPO) or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)
