Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Sr Process Analyst to join their customers financial planning and analysis team. This person will be helping to define current state processes, create documentation, and create process taxonomy for a large financial transformation. This person will need to have experience working in a large financial organization specifically creating and defining process improvement options and helping with change management. They should feel comfortable coming into an organization and spending time learning current state service revenue processes, understanding their models, documenting how they work together, and creating more detailed (L6/L7) inputs for a move to Oracle ERP. The right candidate will have experience creating process maps, SOPs, data flow diagrams, evaluating existing processes, identifying efficiencies for improvement.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5-7 years of experience in business process improvement roles - specifically in a finance, accounting, or planning organization.
- Strong understanding of financial data and experience creating detailed process maps, SOPs, and data flow diagrams to support knowledge transfer and system readiness for ERP implementation.
- Comfortability creating process taxonomy to the L6/L7 level to assure smooth transition to Oracle
- Prior experience working with change management teams and leading enterprise wide process continuous improvement initiatives
