Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Medical Assistant or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with a strong concierge care background to support a high-touch clinical environment. This role requires excellent patient etiquette, strong clinical skills, and experience working closely with patients in a concierge-style or premium care setting.

Required Skills & Experience
• Triage incoming patient calls and in-office patient needs
• Provide concierge-level patient support with a strong focus on service and professionalism
• Review lab results and assist with follow-up coordination
• Schedule patient appointments and prioritize urgent or high-acuity patients
• Room patients and support daily clinical workflows
• Collect copayments
• Perform phlebotomy when needed
• Document patient interactions using ClinicalWorks (EHR)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Active Medical Assistant or LPN license
• 5–10 years of clinical experience (preferred)
• Concierge medicine or high-touch patient care experience
• Strong patient etiquette and communication skills
• Hands-on experience with:
○ Patient and call triage
○ Lab review
○ Patient scheduling and prioritization
○ Rooming patients
○ Phlebotomy
