IT Security Project Manager

This Project Manager will lead complex IT security initiatives focused on Identity and Access Management (IAM), application security, Microsoft Purview, SOC 2 compliance, High Trust environments, and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) programs. The role is responsible for managing projects from initiation through implementation, ensuring alignment between security, business, and technology stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of project management experience within information security and a proven track record leading cross functional teams through security related projects and system implementations. Responsibilities include coordinating internal teams and external vendors, managing project plans, mitigating risks, and driving successful delivery across multiple workstreams. Candidates must have experience overseeing end to end testing efforts involving multiple impacted applications and integrations to ensure solutions meet business and security requirements. Previous hands on experience in an IT security role is highly preferred, as is familiarity with security governance, compliance, and risk management practices. This position supports global teams and requires flexibility to participate in early morning meetings and occasional off hour collaboration to accommodate stakeholders across multiple international time zones. This is a 12 month contract role hybrid in Kansas City, MO.

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager within the IT Security space
• Project experience specific to Information Security or Identity Access Management
○ High Trust, SOC 2, Microsoft Purview, IAM, CLM, Application security
• Experience working with/collaborating with an external vendors
Experience with End-to-end testing across multiple impacted applications

Industry experience is a plus
Experience in an IT security role prior to PM experience
