Job Description
• Insight Global is seeking an Implementation Consultant to support a client of ours based in Kansas City. This person will be responsible for working with clients to walk them through Home Health SaaS solutions. Ideally, this person will have previous experience with Kinnser software, or something similar, and will be able to implement software solutions for each customer. This person will also be responsible for managing project timelines and budgets, architecting solutions based on customer needs, and implementing them. You will be assisting with the day to day operations ranging from teaching sessions, login credentials, touchpoints, and workflow configurations. This person needs to possess strong soft skills as you will be in a client facing role. They are looking to hire this person ASAP.

Required Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience working in Home Health
• Experience with documentation
o Salesforce or other platform
• End to End knowledge of Home Health work flows
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with Kinnser, PointClickCare, Axxess, Kantime, HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB), AlayaCare, Axis Care, ClearCare, MatrixCare
